BackSoon rejected – for now

Unfortunately the App was rejected because I violated the copyright of Apple.
For a good recognition, I thought of using a similar sticky note, as that one you see, if the Apple Store is offline. I didn’t realized that this may harm the trademark of Apple. Because of the widely use of this sticky note on several websites, I thought it’s sort of common.
It was really very similar to that one designed by Apple. So to avoid a second rejection, I decided to use a very different artwork.
So it is updated and resubmitted for approval.

My first App is a little tool, which notifies by push notification about changes in the Apple Store.
You know of the exciting moments, when Apple takes the Store down to add new magnificent things. If you never ever want to miss the moment when Apple takes the Store offline – and moreover when it gets back, you may cherish this app 
The one and only purpose is to notify about the Apple online store. So the UI isn’t very spectacular. You start the app and after confirming the push notification service, you can close it and forget it.
Will the Apple Store get down or up again, you instandly get a notification.
The App is submitted to Apple for approval.
