A first draft of a bookmark file converter.
It converts a exported mister-wong bookmark file to a delicious bookmark file.
I noticed 3 differences between the two schemas:
- the export of mister-wong separates the tags by spaces, delicious expects comma separated tag words.
- the add_date and last_modified dates are in YYYY-MM-DD values whereas delicious expects Unix time stamps.
- the Tags are (unnecessarily) repeated in the comment filed

I made a script, which fixes this issues on a given mister-wong bookmark file.
The result is displayed as a bookmark-html file so you can save it and import it at delicious.
